When the antique bed frame does not allow for a traditional dust ruffle an alternative is to use adhesive Velcro on the inside of the wood frame.

In the Living Room we paired functional draperies with board mounted gathered valances. A beautiful tassel fringe is an added bonus on the valances.

In the Dining Room we paired stationary side panels with a board mounted gathered valance.
